What We Collect

We do not store your full credit card details. Payment information is captured and processed directly by our payment providers under their own security standards.
Why We Collect It
To process and deliver your order, to communicate with you about it, to handle returns and warranty claims, to meet our tax and record-keeping obligations, to improve the site, and — only if you've opted in — to send you marketing emails.
Who We Share It With
We share only what's necessary, with: our e-commerce platform, payment processors, delivery carriers and fulfilment partners, email and analytics providers, and government bodies where required by law. We don't sell your personal information. Some of these providers store data overseas, including in the United States and elsewhere, which means your information may be handled outside Australia.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site may stop working properly if you do.
Marketing Emails
We only send marketing to people who've opted in. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and we action unsubscribes promptly, as required by the Spam Act 2003. You'll still receive transactional emails about orders you've placed.
Security & Retention
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. No online system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security. We keep order records for as long as needed to run the business and meet legal obligations — generally at least seven years for tax purposes — then delete or de-identify them.
Accessing Or Correcting Your Information
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we're not legally required to keep it. Email support@ozbargainoutlet.com.au and we'll respond within 30 days.
Complaints
If you think we've mishandled your personal information, email us first and we'll investigate. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.
